I launched this brand as a passion project, driven by my love for hands-on creativity and education. I wanted to follow the full product lifecycle—from design and development to manufacturing and launch. Paper crafting felt like the perfect fit, as I believe learning new skills while working with your hands can be therapeutic, confidence-boosting, and great for mental health.
My main focus was to make learning how to make these paper creations easy and fun, and accessible. I enjoyed designing the instructional materials and videos to be effective even for beginning crafters.
Within the first month, my little brand turned a profit, and just a few months later, I optimized the manufacturing process, reducing kit production time by 80%. This experience reinforced my passion for strategic problem-solving, instructional design, and making creativity accessible—all values I carry into my work today.
